the summer, who can conjure the rain on hot asphalt an indiscrabable fragrance, who saves one the jacket in the nights and sends the fine wind onto my arms & legs to feel him softly, is truly my favorite of all the seaons.

of course the tiny small animals are celebrating this, too isnt it? & unfortunately, the organic waste bin doesn't exactly smell intoxicating!

even though I separate the food waste, those cute little fruit flies even go after the paper towel that soaked up some scraps! I STILL LOVE this invention—every single time! THAAANK YOU!

anyway, i can feel beads of sweat forming on my forehead—secretly merging into a stream and trickling past my temples—as i tie up the trash bag and take it out... and what do I notice? about 4 or 6 little fruit flies in it! of course, only after the knot is already tied!

damn—as i walk to the bin, i see the little cuties flying for their lives: back and forth, up and down, and upside down inside the trash bag. oh my god, how they must feel right now? :/

eduard-sissi is pretty pissed off about having to painstakingly undo the knot—but my heart just beats for those little fruit flies, too. sorry thanks edu!

after a stubborn minute, we manage it—and now i´m setting the fruit flies free. it took a while..until they fully find the way out of the sky-
